MEET OUR TEAM
MARC LEVI
President
My name is Marc Levi, I am an advocate for youth across the state of Illinois, mostly in Champaign-Urbana and Chicago. In Chicago I work beside Senator Willie Preston and Alderman Stephanie Coleman, and the organization One Englewood United to make a change in the city I was born and raised in. Growing up a Fatherless, troubled youth, I was able to learn the impact, a good mentor can make on a child firsthand. I now understand that parenting can happen outside of the home, so I've made it my mission to be the best version of that mentor, and community Father I can.
MYLES ROOSEVELT
Vice President
My name is Myles Roosevelt and I am a dedicated advocate and mentor for underprivileged youth in Champaign County, with over a decade of service to the community. My mission is to help young individuals discover their passions through various avenues such as education, sport, and community service, believing that these are key components to fostering personal growth and development. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, where I studied Philosophy and Criminology, disciplines that have enriched my approach to mentoring and advocacy. I am involved in physical fitness, serving as a trainer and the Head Coach of Project Athletes, a non-profit organization in Champaign, IL. I apply my passion for sports and competition to inspire youth, promoting not only physical well-being but also instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. My approach to helping youth navigate their challenges and opportunities commits me to making a positive, lasting impact in their lives.

Hi, my name is Shanita Weatherall. I'm from Champaign Illinois. I work at a Champaign unit 4 school. I have a great relationship with the students there, my goal is to be a good influence on as many youths as possible to become successful young men and women in our community.
LILY-ANNE SAENGTHONG
Communications Coordinator
My name is Lily-Anne Saengthong and I relocated to Champaign from St Petersburg FL in 2021. My inspiration comes from personal experience as a young student in an underserved community. To this day, I still call on the values, perspectives, and individuals that so deeply influenced my growth. The greatest lesson has been there is no linear path, yet those imperfections allow for dreams to manifest and there is no such thing a dream too big. And I hope to do the same for the children in our community!
MARC LEVI JR.
Program Manager
My name is Marc Levi Jr, I serve my community as a Volunteer Firefighter and a Youth Athletics Trainer for a non-profit organization called Project Athletes. As a young adult, learning about myself and the world around me, I've grown to understand the striking difference between most adults and our youth. It's that somewhere along the way, we tend to lose the will to be happy. I look at the kids that I work with and at every point of the day their priority is their happiness. I look at the adults and many of them treat their happiness as disposable. My dream is that our youth can continue to find happiness and passion in everything that they do, just as they do now.
